Customer Success Role

At our B2B SaaS platform, we offer digital transformation solutions to restaurants.

We process nearly 3 million transactions every month and have partnered with thousands of restaurants across the globe.

The defining aspects of our work include consistency, reliability, scalability, and agility.

We utilize a wide range of technologies and handle large amounts of data daily.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product suite to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers during onboarding and post go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to understand customer requirements.
  • Facilitate quick and effective issue resolution with the Customer Service and Product Engineering teams.
  • Build strong relationships by actively engaging with customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required (Engineering degrees are preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • A basic understanding of API integration is beneficial but not necessary.
