Information Security Manager

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Holcim Global Digital Hub, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to lead our IT Security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Security, with expertise in IT Security Projects, Security Design, Architecture, and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, support, and drive various IT Security, OT Security, Cybersecurity, and Data Security projects and initiatives.
- Perform security reviews for IT and business projects and requirements.
- Assess and manage risks, vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance within the Region IT/OT Cybersecurity Assessment, Control Implementation, and Support.
- Ensure VAPT are embedded as part of our Application Development, Enhancement, and Release Lifecycle Processes.
- Create, review, and update security policies and guidelines as needed.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity awareness training and campaigns.
- Conduct third-party and vendor security and risk assessments.
- Review and approve security for third-party and external accesses and data sharing.
- Support the implementation of DevSecOps.
- Participate in internal forums and working groups on IT Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, SOC/CSC, and contribute to global security initiatives and projects.
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents, investigate root causes, and create corrective and preventive action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering with experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity/IT Security/OT Security.
- CEH/CFIH/CISSP/CISM/CRISC certifications are an added advantage.
Skills:
- IT and Security Risk Assessment Frameworks and Processes.
- Good knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks.
- Network and Security Fundamentals with hands-on experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in Application Security, SSDLC, DevSecOps, and Cloud Security.
- IT/OT Security projects, solution POCs, and evaluations.
- Strong people and project management expertise in IT Security/Information Security.
