The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for the installation, implementation, and support of various security products, including Trend Micro, McAfee, Symantec, Vision1, APEX 1, and Deep Security.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

You will be involved in conducting proofs of value (PoC), migrations, and providing ongoing support for security solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and implement security products such as Trend Micro, McAfee, Symantec, Vision1, APEX 1, and Deep Security.

- Conduct product demos and perform onsite PoC (Proof of Value) to demonstrate the effectiveness of security solutions.

- Manage migrations and ensure smooth transition to new security products or technologies.

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.

- Address customer queries and provide timely updates on PoC, implementations, and other activities.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders regarding activities, PoCs, and implementations.

- Create and submit health check configuration reports and maintain a day-to-day tracker of activities.

- Apply knowledge of endpoint and server security to address security concerns and implement effective solutions.

- Work closely with the core team to ensure successful product deployments and customer satisfaction.

- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.


Technical Expertise :

- Experience in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in installing and implementing security products such as Trend Micro, McAfee, Symantec, Vision1, APEX 1, and Deep Security.

- Strong understanding of endpoint and server security.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both customers and internal teams.

- Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with evolving technologies and security practices.

- Self-driven with a sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, ITIL, or other relevant certifications is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience in a cybersecurity role, with a focus on security product implementation and support
