Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a dynamic professional with a strong technical background to collaborate closely with our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with the Finance team to translate business requirements into system solutions.">
  3. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.">
  4. Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.">
  5. Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.">
  6. Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.">
  7. Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.">
  8. Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.">

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. ">
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.">
  3. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.">
  4. Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation)">
  5. Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).">
  6. Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.">
  7. Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.">
  8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.">
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.">
