Job Title:

Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our financial team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting functions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and support staff.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with banks, statutory bodies, and internal departments for various financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance / M. Com preferred.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
