About the Role

Horizon56 is seeking a talented Senior QA Engineer (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions.

Your primary focus will be on improving software development processes and preventing defects in production. You'll work closely with our software and support engineers to review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans using automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Plan, implement, and run manual and automated tests to guarantee high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review system requirements and define corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Experience working in both UI (frontend) and backend web service automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
