Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and accurate counsel to executives on complex legal topics, including labor law, partnerships, and international ventures.

3. Develop and maintain internal governance policies, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy.
4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of risk factors related to business decisions and operations, providing recommendations for mitigation.

6. Communicate and negotiate with external parties, fostering trust and rapport through clear and concise communication.
