Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and support the development of our ESG sustainability reporting product.

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol is required.

About the Role:

This position will involve research and framework analysis for BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines. You will also be responsible for tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting, data collection and reporting templates, assisting in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments, providing feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective, collaborating with product teams to test and validate ESG data workflows, documentation and communication tasks including summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks, and supporting internal knowledge base creation for sustainability compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze ESG frameworks including BRSR, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  2. Track and monitor regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting.
  3. Support ESG data collection and reporting templates.
  4. Assist in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments.
  5. Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective.
  6. Collaborate with product teams to test and validate ESG data workflows.
  7. Document and communicate ESG insights and findings through reports, summaries, presentations, and other materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
