Cloud Engineering Expert Sought

Applicantz is looking for a seasoned Cloud Engineering Expert to collaborate on designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-based systems using Java and AWS.

This 6-month contract position offers a chance to partner with a progressive organization that fosters creativity, flexibility, and diversity. Our client utilizes cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring an innovative work environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on cloud computing and AWS. They should possess hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Terraform, Jenkins, CICD, Observability, and related technologies.

Responsibilities include contributing to all aspects of software development – architecture, design, estimation, development, testing, and release. The successful candidate will also partner with product owners, software architects, and other engineers to transform high-level requirements into incremental product enhancements delivered to customers.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Java development
  • Strong focus on cloud computing and AWS
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Terraform, Jenkins, CICD, Observability, and related technologies
