Key Role Description

We are seeking an Analytics Consultant to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical analytics.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Interpretation & Strategic Insights (25%)
    1. Analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify business-critical patterns, trends, and anomalies.
    2. Transform raw analytics outputs into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.
    3. Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, sales performance, inventory optimization, and market trends.
    4. Develop data-driven hypotheses and validate them through comprehensive analytical investigations.
    5. Create executive-level insights summaries that translate technical findings into business language.
    6. Identify correlations and causations in data that inform strategic business decisions.
  2. Team Enablement (20%)
    1. Train and upskill cross-functional teams on data interpretation, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.
    2. Develop standardized frameworks and methodologies for teams to independently analyze and interpret data.
    3. Create data literacy programs tailored to different organizational levels and functional areas.
    4. Facilitate data interpretation workshops and training sessions for business stakeholders.
    5. Design self-service analytics guidelines and best practices for non-technical users.
    6. Mentor business teams on asking the right analytical questions and interpreting results correctly.
  3. Strategic Decision Support (25%)
    1. Partner with business leaders to translate strategic questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements.
    2. Provide data-backed recommendations for key business decisions including product launches, market expansion, and customer acquisition strategies.
    3. Develop and maintain strategic KPI frameworks that align with business objectives and data capabilities.
    4. Lead data-driven strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
    5. Create scenario analysis and predictive models to support strategic planning and risk assessment.
    6. Validate business assumptions and strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
  4. Analytics Strategy & Implementation (30%)
    1. Design analytics roadmaps that align data capabilities with business strategic priorities.
    2. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data models and dashboards support strategic decision-making needs.
    3. Define and prioritize analytics use cases that deliver maximum business value.
    4. Establish data governance frameworks for strategic decision-making processes.
    5. Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of data-driven strategies and recommend improvements.
