About the Job

Are you a seasoned architect with a passion for AI? We are seeking a skilled Gen AI Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth.

  • Lead Architecture and Solutioning: You will lead the architecture and technical solutioning for GenAI-powered use cases in the insurance industry.
  • Work with Business Teams: You will work closely with business teams to ideate, assess, and create use cases that demonstrate tangible value.
  • Design End-to-End Systems: You will design end-to-end systems that incorporate GenAI components, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Own Technical Delivery: You will own and drive technical delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with client goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Experience: You have 10+ years in software development/architecture with a strong track record in system design and enterprise delivery.
  • Gen AI Experience: You have proven experience in designing AI/ML or GenAI solutions, preferably using tools like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: You have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and integration best practices.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: You have experience working with insurance workflows like underwriting, claims, policy administration, or financial operations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
