Job Overview

The role of a BIM Implementation Manager involves overseeing the strategic integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) within an organization.

This position entails leading a local team and managing BIM execution processes to ensure seamless alignment with global technical standards and quality procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), defining company requirements, and implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.

BIM Implementation Managers must possess strong leadership skills to guide their teams effectively and foster collaboration across departments.

In addition, they should have hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, as well as experience in architecture, engineering, or construction companies.

Proficiency in English is essential, along with fluency in other languages being a desirable trait.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes.
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues, liaising with the global BIM leadership.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification.
  • Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.
  • Represent BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
  • Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
  • Knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
  • Prior experience working with international client organisations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
