Job Summary

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across various sites. Your primary focus will be on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems, ensuring they function optimally. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits, coordinating with customers, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install and commission systems at customer sites.
2. Conduct site visits to assess and resolve technical issues.
3. Coordinate with customers to ensure site availability and readiness.
4. Provide technical system integration and coordination with electricians for cable laying and casing.
5. Train customers on system usage and prepare documentation.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent planning and implementation skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a good understanding of electrical systems and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in preparing customized calibration reports and maintaining accurate records of onsite services provided.
