Job Title: Art Director

Role Overview:

Art Directors are responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity across multiple ventures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, print, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative visual elements for various mediums including social media, email marketing campaigns, print materials, presentations, and more.
  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize design ideas.
  • Work on video editing, reels, and basic motion graphics when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Art Director (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design (added advantage).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
