Job Title: Creative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Supervisor to spearhead our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in art directing and executing innovative creative concepts, with expertise in ad designing, visualization, and digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with copy partners at the direction of the Creative Director to execute creative concepts.
  • Develop exceptional ad designing and visualization skills.
  • Cultivate expertise across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums.
  • Utilize breadth of style and design capability to create visually appealing content.
  • Conceptualize ideas quickly and efficiently.
  • Encourage creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Present big ideas to clients using various techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, web standards, concepts, and industry trends.
  • Visualize concepts and interpret them into engaging designs.
  • Take ownership of creative work and lead the design team by example.
  • Ensure the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.
  • Provide insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client's business.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the design team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills are required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputable design school is an added advantage.
  • Hard Skills: Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, Midjourney / AI.
