Job Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned Projects Leader to spearhead our Skid and Module projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in fabrication practices, ASME standards, IBR codes, EN codes, and lean manufacturing techniques is essential.
  • Exposure to various manufacturing methods, scheduling, and resource allocation is necessary.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects across plants.
  • Establish objectives, standards, and production schedules with efficiency.
  • Organize resources for projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of commercial and contractual terms, as well as procurement processes.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and collaborate on corrective and preventive strategies.

Requirements:

15-20 years of experience in project management, preferably in static equipment, boiler pressure parts, or spools.

Desirable Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of computers (MS Office), and certification in Primavera.
