Human Resources Associate Job Description

  • Deploy performance management agenda, including setting goals, administering appraisal process, and maintaining a performance-driven culture that encourages growth and development.
  • Provide advice on employee performance plans, focusing on areas for improvement and opportunities for advancement.
  • Lead year-end moderation discussions to ensure nondiscriminatory reviews and promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage annual compensation review and implement market-driven compensation philosophy that recognizes individual contributions and promotes fairness.
  • Guide managers on conducting performance coaching discussions, helping them navigate challenging conversations and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implement and roll out process/policies/plans that drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Execute special human capital projects, such as talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Manage exit interviews and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates, reducing turnover and promoting a positive employee experience.
  • Manage sensitive employee relation cases, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic planning.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Open to learning and comfortable working in a changing environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve.
  • Proactive and robust thought process, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Meticulous and committed attitude, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of general HR policies and processes, with a commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
