- Guide managers on conducting performance coaching discussions, helping them navigate challenging conversations and achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement and roll out process/policies/plans that drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
- Execute special human capital projects, such as talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage exit interviews and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates, reducing turnover and promoting a positive employee experience.
- Manage sensitive employee relation cases, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic planning.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
