The Creative Producer role involves overseeing day-to-day project tasks and execution within a specific domain. This position plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality assets on time and within scope, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from inception to delivery.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to established processes, documentation, contracts, payments, and workflows, maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to guarantee projects meet timelines and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project flow and resolve operational issues.
  • Client Support: Assist in client communications, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with expectations under the Associate Director's direction.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative environments.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development and delivery across digital media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes and compliance.
