As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional standards of quality and hygiene within our bottling and rinsing facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular quality control checks as per predetermined frequency to ensure adherence to established process parameters.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of critical process metrics such as strength, volume, CCP, and OPRP to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Daily update production schedules at Outgoing Laboratory Inspection (OLI) and End-of-Line (EOL) tablets to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPA) in cases of deviation to mitigate risks and enhance processes.
  • Pursue rework at EOL stations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and verify changeover processes to guarantee compliance.
  • Monitor Returnable Factory Transfers (RFTs) for respective lines and analyze data to establish enhancement plans.
  • Provide daily support for initiating corrections and corrective actions through collaborative efforts.
  • Ensure routine Cleaning-In-Place (CIP), cleaning, and hygiene regimes are effectively implemented across lines.
  • Monitor rinsing parameters for efficacy and allocate the right personnel on each line.
  • Deliver training and counseling to employees related to personal hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and critical checks.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Verify records pertaining to process and quality checks for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with legal mandates and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) requirements on products.
  • Conduct Product Development and Inspection (PDI) as required for finished products and weekly challenge tests at critical inspection locations.
  • Investigate and establish CAPA for consumer complaints and incidents.
  • Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on trends related to OLI, EOL, exceptions, and mitigation plans.
  • Implement Pre-Requisite programs at respective lines and participate in internal audit programs related to quality and food safety.
  • Participate in validation of quality and food safety control measures and ensure new product launches adhere to established protocols.
  • Manage changes at lines through change management and implement best practices, 5S, to improve product quality and hygiene.
