About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to design and develop engaging games and mini-applications. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you'll work closely with our team to refine and iterate on new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid prototyping: Create fresh games and apps daily using our proprietary tool-chain.
  • Self-evaluation and improvement: Review your own work, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to enhance overall quality.
  • Collaboration and feedback: Participate in peer review sessions, providing constructive feedback to help raise the bar for fellow designers.
  • Prompt optimization: Distill successful designs into reusable templates and documentation, streamlining future development efforts.
  • Quality assurance and metrics tracking: Monitor engagement dashboards, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Gen-AI, including experience with ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, and LLM chains.
  • An intuitive understanding of what makes a game or app engaging, with the ability to articulate your thought process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • The capacity to prioritize and focus on high-impact initiatives, discarding less promising ideas in favor of more innovative approaches.
  • Bonus points for proficiency in basic coding languages (JavaScript, Lua, React), marketing strategies, or data analysis techniques (SQL).
