We are seeking a professional to support our pharma business research and strategy consulting initiatives:

  • Define problem statements and initial hypotheses; design optimal research approaches with mixed techniques.
  • Structure and present data using relevant frameworks.
  • Arrive at key messages addressing key objectives as summary of results ready for executive leadership consumption.
  • Present results to clients and handle client queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting and advisory within pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Deep expertise in primary market research (qualitative and quantitative), applying advanced analytical models and strategic frameworks.
  • Ability to quickly grasp client objectives and deliver high-impact solutions independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in developing strategic reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of pharma and medical data sources.
  • Analytical and growth-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving, and value-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and collaboration skills, active listening, stakeholder engagement, and team synergy.
  • Highly organized and time-conscious, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.

A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., M.Tech, M.Pharm, B.Pharm) is required. 6+ years of relevant experience in business research and pharmaceutical/ life sciences consulting organizations are preferred.
