We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our global IT infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth through strategic technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in network administration, server management, and project coordination. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and optimal cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical architecture and procedures
  • Maintain robust backup and recovery systems to minimize downtime and data loss
  • Provide expert guidance on IT security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with senior leadership to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success
  • Expert-level knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and routing
  • Proficiency in operating system management (Windows, Linux), server hardware, and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
