Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to excel in software packaging and deployment. As a Software Packaging Professional, you will play a vital role in evaluating software requirements and creating software packages for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create software packages with customer-specific adaptations and requests.
  • Develop software packages using Flexera Admin Studio and MSI technology.
  • Implement packaging standards according to company guidelines.
  • Configure package deployment in the endpoint management suite (Microsoft Intune).
  • Troubleshoot faulty packages and ensure compatibility testing.
  • Monitor production releases and remediate app installation failures.
  • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders on application deployments and endpoint management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in software packaging and deployment.
  • Expert skills in Flexera AdminStudio, InstallShield, or similar packaging tools.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Intune/MEM, OS Microsoft Windows 11, MacOS, standard applications, and PowerShell & Shell Scripting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL good practices and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
