We are seeking a seasoned Audit Senior to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading engagement teams on audit, review, and compilation engagements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to effectively provide world-class client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement teams on planning and execution of audits, reviews, and compilations;
  • Supervise and support engagement staff to ensure open communication and effective collaboration;
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations on legal, regulatory, and accounting issues;
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines;
  • Create and track engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies;
  • Conduct constructive discussions with team members on evaluations and provide counsel accordingly;

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in auditing, preferably with experience working with not-for-profit clients. You should have a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification hands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firm. A working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is required. Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills are essential, as well as a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
