Job Title: Principal Mechanical Design Engineer

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled mechanical engineer to lead complex sustenance engineering projects and contribute to the development of innovative products.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and drive project success.

  • Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in design control and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver design solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of design control standards such as 21 CFR Part 820.30, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
  • Ability to apply engineering first principles and advanced engineering methods to gain a deep understanding of technical issues.
  • Experience in contributing/leading Design change controls, Design reviews, and Design transfer.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior engineers and technicians to execute project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and release design control documentation.
  • Create and execute Design verification protocols.
  • Optimize product design, material selection, and process design.
  • C coach and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design control and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of design control standards.
  • Ability to apply engineering first principles.
