About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier executives. A strong background in interviewing techniques and assessment is essential, along with proficiency in planning, follow-up, and execution. Additionally, excellent client management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, source, and recruit senior-level executives through effective networking, advertising, and other recruitment strategies.
  2. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for senior roles.
  3. Administer psychometric evaluations, interpret results, and provide detailed reports to clients.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and manage the end-to-end search process, ensuring timely updates and seamless communication with clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint Transition Coaches, facilitating chemistry meetings and overseeing coaching processes.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Excellent planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience in executive search is highly desirable.
