We are looking for a skilled Medical Sales Executive to join our team in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.

This is a Full-time role with an attractive salary package of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities assigned by senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales target achievements - monthly/quarterly/yearly for volume, growth, and productivity.
  • Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/RSM/PMT.
  • Maintaining adequate inventories at the distribution level, timely placing of distribution orders, following credit limits, timely payment, and claims settlement if any.

You will also be expected to:

  • Plan monthly travel and coverage plans in consultation with supervisors.
  • Ensure daily calls to doctors, chemists, and distributors as per management norms.
  • Organize joint field work with seniors and review overall progress.
  • Regular meetings with customers as per standard monthly coverage plans agreed with ASM/RSM.
