Senior Engineer Job Overview
As a Senior Engineer in the Global ERP Engineering team, you will drive finance transformation by designing and delivering solutions across Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Transaction Matching.
You will work with a team to shape the ERP/EPM landscape for one of the world's largest telecom enterprises, combining functional expertise with technical build skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Configure and optimize ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations and automated matching of high-volume transactions.
- Implement Transaction Matching rules and automation for bank, sub-ledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into reconciliation status, compliance, and exceptions.
- Build and maintain key delivery artifacts: Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents.
- Partner with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes.
- Support integrations via Data Management and OIC for ERP–EPM–third-party systems.
- Ensure full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology – development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Provide production support, resolve incidents, and drive performance optimization.
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Ability to influence, mentor, and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and peers.
- Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise good judgment.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
- Hands-on configuration of reconciliation formats, matching rules, profiles, and compliance dashboards.
- Knowledge of reconciliation automation, variance analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Understanding of finance processes including GL close, reconciliations, sub-ledger to GL tie-outs, and intercompany balancing.
- Familiarity with OIC, Data Management, OTBI, Smart View.
- Agile ways of working (JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD exposure).
Must Have Skills:
- Oracle ARCS and Transaction Matching
Nice-to-Have:
- Oracle Certifications (ARCS / EPM) are preferred, and team members are expected to complete certification as part of their growth and to support delivery excellence.
- Exposure to FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, or additional EPM modules.
- Scripting skills (SQL, EPM Automate).
- Experience with global compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Cross-domain ERP knowledge (GL / AP / CM / Projects).
