This is a unique opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement, and help foster a culture of openness, empathy, and resilience on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Have experience working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic way.
  • Be comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Be fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Willing to stay on campus.
