About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst responsible for managing and maintaining the quality of underwriting while driving business growth. As Area Credit Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all cases are thoroughly analyzed and processed within set timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Eligibility Calculation: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and eligibility calculations for LAP cases according to defined policy programs.
  • Maintain TAT: Ensure timely processing of cases logged for review, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Credit Analysis and Vendor Coordination: Co-ordinate with vendors for technical reports, legal documentation, and other requirements.
  • Delinquency Management: Track EMI bounced cases, analyze their causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Operational Support: Maintain various MIS as per process requirements and senior management guidelines, facilitating smooth operations and informed decision-making.
  • Co-ordination with Sales and Operations Teams: Facilitate seamless communication between sales, operations, and other teams to ensure efficient case movement and dockets management.
  • Portfolio Quality and Growth: Foster business growth while maintaining portfolio quality by making informed decisions on credit cases.
  • Post Disbursal Services: Collaborate with the OPS department to address client requests post-disbursement.
