Lead BIM Project Manager

Experienced leader required to manage multiple BIM projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project management and a deep understanding of BIM technology and methodologies. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery; providing guidance and mentorship to project teams; and proactively identifying and addressing project-related challenges and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Identify and address project-related challenges and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise close control over project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain strict control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies, incorporating them into project workflows.
