Job Description:

The Delivery Lead will own the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients.

  1. Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  2. Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  3. Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security) to deliver seamless implementations.
  5. Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  6. Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  7. Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in fintech, banking or technology delivery roles.

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
