Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled visual communicator and creative leader to drive our design team forward. As a senior graphic designer, you will spend approximately 70% of your time producing high-quality client assets, ranging from graphics and storyboards to social media creatives and campaign visuals.

This is an ideal role for someone who excels at executing designs at a high standard while guiding others to raise their work to that level. Every asset leaving the design team should be client-ready, on brand, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging creative assets: social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
  • Work on critical projects directly to ensure timely delivery.
  • Effectively adapt designs for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
  • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond 'baseline' execution.
  • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
  • Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
  • Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Requirements

  • A mid-to-senior designer with exceptional visual skills and a portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Expertise in graphic design, storyboarding, and campaign execution.
  • Confidence in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage workload independently while also mentoring others.
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and composure under pressure.

Application Process

  • Review live client assets across formats such as video, carousel PDF, and provide detailed creative feedback.

This ensures we assess both hands-on execution and design bar-raising ability.
