Job Title: TPM Change and Implementation Lead

Job Description

The Third Party Management (TPM) function is responsible for managing risks related to third party vendors and outsourcing.

This role involves driving and coordinating change initiatives to support the team's global responsibility in managing significant and global change initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading change delivery workstreams and driving the planning, execution, and delivery of change initiatives.
  • Supporting regulatory remediation activities, including uplift of contractual terms and register remediation.
  • Managing governance and change forums, organizing and facilitating governance meetings and steering committees.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones for assigned change initiatives.
  • Coordinating stakeholder engagement, liaising with internal stakeholders and external third parties.
  • Monitoring and reporting on implementation progress, tracking key performance indicators and providing transparent reporting.
  • Ensuring policy and framework alignment, aligning change initiatives with the TPRM policy and minimum control standards.
  • Driving process and system enhancements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and deliver credible content.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and drive engagement.
  • Proven experience working on major enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
