Job Title: Identity Governance Professional

Overview:

We seek an expert to manage user lifecycle using Oracle Identity Governance. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of OIG installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure OIG for effective user management and governance.
  • Set up and maintain role-based access controls and access certifications.
  • Implement policies for user lifecycle management and configure custom tasks.
  • Configure audit reports and automated report deliveries within OIG.
  • Set up OIG connectors for various environments such as Microsoft Active Directory and Oracle EBS.
  • Perform analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve application issues.
  • Exhibit expertise in Java, Web Services, Database concepts, and SQL.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and guide project teams in following best practices.
  • Possess a good understanding of operating and deploying services in cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including installation guides and runbooks for assigned projects.
  • Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including the creation of designs for OIG.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or a related discipline.
  • 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Identity Governance and related IAM technologies.
  • Strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting OIG, including connectors and policies.
  • Proficiency in Java, Web Services, Database concepts, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
