As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for providing high-level financial guidance to clients. You will work closely with management and managing directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, you will participate in developing and proposing creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks and effectively manage problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of applicable work experience, including experience in audit or transaction advisory services, is required. Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.

Key qualifications include advanced MS Excel skills, strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization both internally and externally.
