Highway Infrastructure Designer

Job Overview:

Seeking a Highway Infrastructure Designer to lead the development of highway projects, working closely with international teams in global design centers. The ideal candidate will have 6-15 years of experience in highway designing or related fields, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design highways and transportation projects using international codes and standards such as AASHTO and Middle East Road standards.
  2. Prepare designs, reports, and presentations using software such as CIVIL3D, MX Road, AutoCAD, BIM, and Auto TURN.
  3. Collaborate with technical specialists and discipline leads to ensure project deliverables meet scheduled timelines.
  4. Develop and maintain quality standards in preparation of designs, reports, calculations, and drawings.
  5. Exercise leadership skills and demonstrate a strong delivery focus under high work pressure.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in highway designing or related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.E/M.Tech. in Highway/Transportation Engineering.
  • International working experience in Gulf, UK, US, etc.
