Automation Tester Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in Banking Domain and Automation Testing to fill this challenging position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, and automation testing on Finacle applications to ensure seamless performance.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA team members to deliver high-quality results.
  • Execute test cases across Finacle modules and track defects using standard tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support during UAT, SIT, and production rollouts to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to test automation framework enhancements and drive efficiency in test execution to reduce manual effort.
  • Document test results, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards to maintain transparency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle application testing with a strong understanding of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking).
  • Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT / Tosca / or equivalent tools) with knowledge of scripting languages.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Finacle modules: Loans Lifecycle / CMCP, CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Customer Account Creation, Term Deposits, WMS (Wealth Management System).
