Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Automation Tester located in Hyderabad. The Automation Tester will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests, executing test scripts, and identifying and reporting defects. The role involves close collaboration with development teams to ensure software quality and performance standards are met. The Automation Tester will also be responsible for maintaining existing test automation frameworks and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and developing automated tests
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
  • Ability to write and execute test scripts
  • Proficiency in identifying and reporting defects
  • Experience in collaborating with development teams
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of software quality and performance testing standards
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in software testing and test automation are a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
