Assurance Professional

We are expanding our global assurance capabilities by establishing a team responsible for performing independent audits for underwriting operations executed by external teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular quality reviews/audits according to stipulated timeframes while complying to process SOPs and guidelines.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
- Document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 –8 years of experience in insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting for European markets.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a shared service environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines, documentation and identify control gaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance, control, and documentation standards in underwriting processes, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
