Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing manual and automation testing. You will develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts, and conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

You will also identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail, collaborate with development and product teams to align on requirements and fixes, and work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform manual and automation testing to ensure product quality.
  2. Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts.
  3. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  4. Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  5. Collaborate with dev and product teams to align on requirements and fixes.
  6. Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing.
  7. Validate networking-related features and ensure ITIL/ITSM compliance.
  8. Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies.
