Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all quality assurance activities within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Lead the quality assurance team in conducting inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product compliance with specifications.
  • Manage documentation processes related to quality procedures, reports, and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify quality issues and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report on performance, trends, and improvements.
  • Conduct training and workshops for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or sheet metal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EN CL1 certification requirements and quality management systems.
  • Proven experience in managing documentation and inspection processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive quality initiatives across teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
