Enterprise Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our delivery team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects to enterprise clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning and kickoff to go-live and handover
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Technical Consultants
  • Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Ensure adherence to project governance framework and methodology
  • Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear reporting for all stakeholders
  • Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals and schedules
  • Foster strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless implementation experience
  • Support pre-sales and scoping activities as needed, including effort estimation and resource planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience managing enterprise software or SaaS implementation projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects successfully, on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Solid client engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align delivery with business value
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including time management and milestone tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Familiarity with GRC, BPM, or performance management solutions is a plus
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge conventional approaches
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global teams when required
  • Experience working with GRC platforms such as Corporater, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar
