Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Operations Senior Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing critical platforms, working closely with engineering teams, and driving business value through technology.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, including Azure, and experience with hands-on IT engineering. They will also possess problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and a proven track record in providing support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
  • Maintain high standards of security and functionality by applying patches and updates to infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain automated solutions to optimize cloud infrastructure performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud governance and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT engineering, with expertise in cloud technologies and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of storage technologies, protocols, and management tools
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines
  • Relevant certification in cloud and/or technology discipline, especially AZ-104
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and cloud automation
