We are currently seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral that align with our brand strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Create engaging social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that drive results.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure their growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date on design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you have knowledge of Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals, such as conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
