About the Role

The role of Cloud Engineer involves designing, developing and implementing scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud infrastructure using Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking and Security.
  • Implement and manage Azure resources including Azure Active Directory, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Security Center.
  • Develop and deploy serverless applications using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Event Grid.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Azure resources and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Competencies
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures and technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C# or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Resource Manager, Azure Virtual Network, Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
