Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, and DNS for a secure and efficient network infrastructure.

Cloud & Identity Management:

  • Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security for a seamless user experience.
  • Implement Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management.
  • Enhance authentication and authorization with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

Hardware & Peripheral Management:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras for efficient hardware management.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management for reduced costs and improved efficiency.

Virtualization & Backup:

  • Develop and manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization.
  • Ensure business continuity with regular backup and recovery solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing network infrastructure or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.
  • Expertise in Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
