Job Opportunity:

Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Site Operations Manager to spearhead our manufacturing operations at a world-renowned beverage company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results through the implementation of Manufacturing Excellence principles, TQM, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and Lean sigma certified skills.

  • Significant experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing production/improvement projects is essential.
  • A strong focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization, Root Cause analysis, and Problem-Solving skills is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain culture change, and drive business standards and individual development plan targets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for standardizing process improvement approach across units, ensuring adherence to Global Supply ManEx processes, and leveraging best practice standards to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Performance improvement ManEx strategy supporting the business objectives.
  • Drive implementation of improvement programs and culture change to consistently achieve excellence.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
