Legal Manager Position

Seeking an accomplished Legal Manager to oversee the organization's legal function, including contract review, dispute resolution, land transactions, and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review commercial agreements and deeds related to the real estate sector with knowledge of Karnataka land revenue Act, Land Reforms Act, Stamp Act, RERA Act, and other land-related laws.
  • Draft Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, and other deeds in relation to Land Acquisition transactions, real estate finance & sales transactions.
  • Handle other legal matters, including contracts, employment, and Intellectual Property (IP) related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legislative law or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Proficient in Kannada language.
  • Good understanding of title diligence and risks in immovable properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Acts.
  • Experience in initiating/defending/managing litigation, with a keen aim at resolving cases efficiently.
  • Able to handle both litigation & non-litigation matters effectively.
