Job Title: Academic Counsellor

The role of an academic counsellor is multifaceted and requires a strong understanding of career development. You will serve as a mentor and guide to potential learners, providing valuable insights and advice to help them navigate their career path.

As an academic counsellor, you will be responsible for counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and understanding how online/blended learning can catalyze their career. You will also establish the uniqueness and effectiveness of our model of online/blended learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets
  • Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of our model of online/blended learning
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, including making phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
Requirements:
  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Hardworking individuals with high dedication and extreme determination
  • Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage
  • Sales bent of mind to understand and effectively communicate what we are offering to our prospective learners and achieve revenue targets
  • Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite required
